in routine cl_calc_regionpath, triangles are left open when three regions join corner (and quadrangles if four)

Fixed with recent update of cl_calc_regionpath. Only works with newly created clusters, not with old (685) production version, please revert to calc_regionpath for now.

Wrote new routine, which does not work on all data, though
name of new routine is clc_regionpath
