Using Cygwin + Windows 7, ./configure reports:
"configure: WARNING: Libtool does not cope well with whitespace in `pwd`
configure: Linking to SiSi library in <...>
checking for SiSi's Version.hh... no
configure: error: SiSi header can't be found, please set --with-sisi option."
