Just trying the instructions above... does not seem to work with Lazarus 1.8.2... Any idea why?
It fails while compiling the GLScene_Runtime package... (File GLBumpmapHDS.pas).
Jerome incorporated some of these to svn commit 7115, and then added a few more commits, but when I tested the last one, 712x, I still got a few errors.
so, the easiest way is to rollback to 7114, and apply my patches. if you have a mac, you need also to apply the additional change in the above thread.

I've applied your patch last time, (712x) I've made some little change (it work under Linux) Can you test latest update on Mac and tell me the errors you have ?

I tested svn7124 on Linux today (lazarus 1.8.2), it was installed mostly ok, except that I have to remove the 3 sound units (GLSoundFileMP3.pas,GLSoundFileOGG.pas and GLSoundFileWAV.pas) when compiling OpenAL package. I am not sure if these 3 units are windows specific, or they are not included in the LCL branch.
I will test the version on my mac today.

Hi FanQ, I am ashamed, those unit are not windows specifics, i just forget to include in the update. It will be for the next. Concerning GLsoundFileWav is present in FileFormats folders so need to add the path in package for taking it in charge.

For Installation :
1) Unzip to Lazarus component folder
2) Open GLScene_Runtime package and compile
3) Open GLScene_Designtime package Compile and Install that'is
Just tested and work under Winwos 10 an d Lazarus 1.8.2
