Installing GLScene in Lazarus 2.0.6

I tried to compile the packages but I keep getting errors like this : GLCrossPlatform.pas(890,29) Error: Identifier not found "ParamStrUTF8"

I use file : GLScene_V1.2_July_2013.7z

not sure what to do here.
