downloaded archives from version 1.7 to version 2.0, but they do not contain * .bpl files. Why and how to bet in c ++?

Build Delphi dpk's groupproj from Packages and all bpl's for C++Builder will generated automatically by compiler of RAD Studio. Install and use in cpp projects.

I have only RAD c ++ builder 10.4 installed, as I understand it, you need a full RAD Studio along with Delphi?

I have everything set up and did not want to reinstall everything, can I do this without reinstalling RAD?
