Also let us assume, a Gloastergroup with many Members.
Some People uploads files more than other People, thats normal.
Also If exist a priority System, the People who upload more
or do more for the Group, have more priority to download
Files from other Groupmembers
Who more work, have more claim, I think thats fair.
