It is very disruptive when timed note pops up and the note takes focus in the middle of typing something, and all of sudden you are typing into the note.
Well, it does not work perfectly. Plenty of times I am in the middle of writing something and a note pops up and all of a sudden I am writing in the pop up note.

Should add a parameter to activate/unactivate the note pop up.

This was added in v1.4. Alarmed notes cannot be edited when it popups. You will need to click the editing area to start editing.

One thing I notice is the focus will resume if pressed Tab key.
