Yeah, I put DX9.0c on the system I was working with. I also tried it 
with two different video cards. Those cards work just fine with Game 
Launcher on the same system under Win2000/XP. But in ME, MAME is the 
only emulator that works perfectly. FCEU, for instance - if GL is 
running at 800x600 and FCEU tries to run at 800x600, I'll get the direct 
draw "cooperative level" error. But if they run at different 
resolutions, FCEU will open fine, but when I close it, GL shuts down and 
gives the log error "can not set video mode."
