[glaunch] I NEED HELP

I am trying to run Game Launcher in Windows ME. Depending on the 
resolution I choose to run my emulators at, I either get directdraw 
errors that say "error setting cooperative level" or when exiting out of 
the emulator I might get the log "trying 15bpp color depth, 16 bpp 
failed: can not set video mode" and then "could not change graphics 
mode." I'm about ready to blow my head off trying to get this thing to 
run right under this operating system. SOMEBODY, please, for the love of 
all that is holy, help me out.
