#8 Rotate playlists

Would be nice if you could bind a key to either "reread"
the playlist.txt or bind menu options to read a different
playlist.

The more I read this one the more I like it, for several reasons:

a) I could edit the playlist from another computer on my
network and reload it without exiting the emulator.

b) It suggests multiple playlists, which you could switch
between like radio stations.
