#52 Initial w Volume setting is lost

The initial setting of the audio (w) volume is
occasionally overwritten and set to 75 %.

This happens in two occasions:
- when stopping the jukebox service (jukebox stop)
(jukebox line 81)

- when a new song is played or next is pressed
(getnextmp3.pl line 274)

The general policy should be to keep initial settings
of the volume.
