[Gitk-devel] important fix in CVS

hi hi,

by exchanging gettextize with autopoint in autogen.sh, I broke the make install
targets. it only happens after running autogen.sh.
It is now fixed. autopoint looks at the AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION(0.12.1) macro in
configure.in. gettext comes with the cvs version history files in e.g.,
/usr/local/share/gettext/archive.tar.gz. I creates a dummy CVS out of it and the
checks out the matching template files from that repository.
Now everybody who have a newer gettext (e.g. me with gettext-0.14.1) got the
error, as our package was using an old version (0.11.5) and the template files
have changedsince that.
Now it works here again.
