#11 Add scrollbars in commitlist/historyview canvas

Add scrollbars in commitlist canvas:
Currently when several gitk tags have been added to same commit ID then the orginal commit message isn't selectable, therefor request for adding horizontal scrollbars for top left commitlist/history view canvas

So adding a horizontal scrollbar to that canvas
