This changes the function used by stpi_find_duplicate_printers to find the length of the printer list to stp_printer_model_count, which, in the event that printer_list has not yet been initialized, prints a descriptive error instead of failing an assertion. This prevents the assertion failure found in this issue, if not the underlying cause of failing to find the printer drivers: https://sourceforge.net/p/gimp-print/bugs/732/
