Not sure if you saw my test late last week.

It still does not work properly with a4 with:
"Driver:	Canon MP640 series - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.13-pre1 (color, 
2-sided printing)"

It still attempts to draw from the manual tray if I select a4 as the 
default media size.
