Hello,

There is no GDI support in gutenprint. That said, both printers have
Brother linux support according to the Brother website, and work with
CUPS.

Furthermore, the HL-1430 is a PCL4 monochrome printer apparently, and
as such it could possibly work with the PCL support in gutenprint
(which is unmaintained).

The HL-2030 seems to be just a "GDI printer" so it would not be supported.
