Without the patch, both with borderless=3DYes and with borderless=3DNo,=20
printing starts exactly 1 inch into the sheet; with the patch applied,=20
it's somewhat funny: when setting borderless=3DNo I get the top line printe=
d=20
exactly at the upper border; alas, when I set borderless=3DYes, the top lin=
e=20
gets printed 6 mm into the page.
