Use of special characters (umlaute) is okay on the
mindmap, but these are not translated into the proper
character sequence when saving the gmi.
(ä to ä for example.)
As a consequence gmi files containing Umlaute can not
be read back!
Worse, even if the gmi file is corrected manually, the
parser will not handle the &...; character sequence.
I don't know if that problems falls into your domain or into
the xml parsers. Anyway it is a problem for certain
languages.
