#27 Menu bar icons (new package and class)

I was wondering if the icons for new class and new
package could be hidden by default and be customizable?
Gild doesn't exactly push the concept of a package, so
it's funny that we have an icon for that. Also, new
class is a bit more confusing than simply creating a
new file - this is an Eclipse feature that could be
confusing for new users.

This isn't a high priority, I just thought it was odd
that we have these icons on the menu.
