#1 mysql creation tables' bug

The file giftorder.mysql has errors on import (in phpmyadmin is a fact), cause of the auto_increment fields cannot have a DEFAULT value. I have deleted this default value of all fields that have the auto_increment extra and it's work fine.

I send also the updated file.
