#116 5.1.5: make install won't install the library?

just tried 5.1.5 and finding that "make install" won't install the library.

Actually, this seems to be exactly what is coded into the Makefile. Am
I missing something or is this an issue with 5.1.5?

Should ve fixed in head. Reopen if you still have a problem.
