While browsing and clicking on some media, normally it will load that document (photo, document, whatever) in the selected app. In the Meta Quest 3, it instead does nothing. I know this is an unorthodox device, so if you need help I'm happy to help debug.

After some playing around, this seems to be limited to the pop up "open" dialog. Nothing works through there. Maybe the relevant intents aren't being received? If I long press the file and select "open with" then choose the corresponding app, it works just fine. So there is a workaround, but if this is an issue with the app sending the wrong intent or something, it would be nice if it could be fixed.

At the time 0:02 of the video, you selected "Ghost Commander" again as an app to open the file. Why? I'm not sure why it's suggested (it's not on my phone) in the first place, but did you just try to select a different app, like "Ghost Commander Text Editor" or any other?

It is the Ghost Commander text viewer, it just doesn't show it that way in the dialog. It happens with all choices, anyhow. I was just trying to take as short a video as I reasonably could, so I selected the default.

FYI, in the meantime, the Quest had an update, and now that dialog shows up as its own window floating in outer space. Not sure that matters, it has the same issue.

It is probable that this is mostly an issue with the Quest OS's changes from stock Android, but who knows, maybe it could be fixed with something as simple as an added permission on your end.

Do other file managers behave differently? Can you install the Intent Intercept and compare the intents generated by GC and other apps?
