[Ggseq-list] new features in CVS

hi,
I added a couple of features and commited it to cvs 
You can now mute tracks, and a dial control was added, that should in
somewhere in the near Future allow to individually adjust a tracks
volume, but it's not working yet (after all this is CVS ;) )
