Certainly not a native windows version (Gerris relies on features found 
in professional operating systems :) ) but one should be able to compile 
and install it on windows using cygwin (there were people trying to do 
that a while back I remember, but I have no personal experience with it).

It should run on MacOSX (thanks to Dan Kelley and the Fink developers).

My personal advice would be "why use windows?"
