After some issues that had arised on an older version of GFE, and with my Linux, I re-installed fedora version 28, and am having issues compiling GFE, even after installing all of the required modules. During the make process , I would see what would appear to be python library issues with IFPServer, etc... just to name one of them, and then something having to deal with rpc. Not sure what is exactly going on, but there are issues that arise during the make process. Attatched is one of the issues that halted the make process. I thought I could complete the install, however it was halted with these issues as well.

Upon trying to compile several times, I've switched to a older version of Fedora. Will be playing around with it

Just got around to updating my machines to fedora 28 this weekend. Looks like glibc finally got around to totally removing the last vestages of the old rpc code the gfe use to use. There was one last bit hanging around in the gfe's source code. Since it was not actually being used, I disabled it and things seem to be working on 28 now (very limited testing).
