#3 phantom row

this just came up as i was tinkering. i saved a game before
choosing one of two rows to remove. on reloading it i get
to choose and then it remembers the row being there even
after i remove it and removes a bwbb row of 4 after i push
a white into where the row was. i have attached the save
file.
