#10 Untested: the Delphi 2005 package, and a real click on the Tools menu switch in older IDEs

Two things that have never been tested:

1. The Delphi 2005 server package has never been loaded into an IDE. The Delphi 2005 installation on the test machine hangs on its own registration dialog before any package loads. The package stays registered there, so it will be tested the first time that IDE starts. All other 22 packages have been loaded and smoke-tested (PING, VERSION, EXPERTS, FORMS, DIALOGS, QUIT DISCARD).

2. The server switch in the Tools menu has not been clicked by a person in the older IDEs. MENUCLICK calls Click from code, which runs OnClick either way, so its tests say nothing about a real user's click. Switching it back on cannot be scripted at all, since the server is gone by then.
