#263 Code Librarian: allow \ and / in topic names

Topic names cannot contain \ or /, because the name is also used as the storage path inside the .gex file, where both characters act as path separators.

Allowing them needs the name stored in the file to be separate from the displayed name (the snippet already has a Topic attribute that could be used as display text).
