INTERFACE UNITs Sort

Re-order UNITs in USES list to join all WinAPI., System. VCL. etc. together, preferably one line (no matter how long) for each "prefix". Perhaps allow a user-specified prefix list (Jv, Adv for Jedi/TMS UNITs, and HeartWare. for my own UNITs).

Also allow definition of order of prefixes in USES list.
