#14 Enhance Edit Expert: Reverse

Enhance the Reverse edit expert to handle:

reversing evaluation, including inequalities, as well as
assignment (e.g.: "=", "<>", "<", and ">" as well as ":=").

Handle multi-line statements.

Operate in "case" statements.

Allow configuration such as:

Reverse "Inc(...)" to "Dec(...)".
"IntToStr(...)" to "StrToInt()"
etc.
