#214 Filter Exception expert causing debugger errors for IOS

Debugging iOS13 app, and as soon as an error occurs in the app this happens (see screen shot) and you cannot tell want the error is.

According to the comments this can be fixed by turning of the Filter Exception expert (or by disabling GExperts as a whole).

Mahdi Safsafi proposed a fix for this which I have implemented. It doesn't seem to have any negative impact, but since neither he nor I do develop for anything else but Windows, we need testers. Please post a comment here, if you are willing to test. Thanks!

According to Roand Skinner who tested it this is now fixed. Also Linux, MacOS and Android 32 bit work. It fails for Android 64 bit (for which I will create a new ticket).
