#150 Replace Components must respect the property order

There is a problem with the order for properties creation in the Replace Components expert:

In Cx components have the autosize property, so when I need modify the Heigth of those components this command is executed before change Autosize to false and the component don't respect my height.

I have implemented a workaround in revision #5274 but I cannot test it because I do not have the CX components. You can either try to build your own DLL to test - for which you must set the cond. define GX_BUGFIX150 to enable the workaround, or I could build a test DLL for you and give you a download link. For the latter I need to know for which Delphi version to build.
