#113 PrivateGXMenuActionManager is not nil upon creation

The GExperts Installer creates a different entry under

HKCU\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\<version>\Expert </version>

than the Expert Manager. This can result in two different entries for GExperts which in turn will create the error:

"PrivateGXMenuActionManager is not nil upon creation" when starting the IDE.

Workaround: Use the Registry Editor to delete one of these entries.
