I'm having an issue installing GnuWin32 on Windows 10 Pro.
After double-clicking to extract GnuWin32 to a folder on my system, I open a command prompt and navitage to the extracted location to run 'download.bat'. Here's what the process shows:
Now checking to ensure all updated files are valid and fixing any that are not.
All updated files are now valid. Verification successful.
= Downloading and verifying 446 new packages from sourceforge.net...
= This will take some time, be patient. No interaction is needed.
= If you have to stop this process (CTRL + C) it can pickup where it left off.

= The failed files have been removed (see downfail.txt, hash_fail.txt)
= Run download.bat again to try downloading the failed files again.
= Also you could try downloading from different sourceforge mirrors:
= download.bat surfnet switch

I tried doing this directly from the C:\ folder in case it had something to do with the space in the user name, but the results were exactly the same.
I also tried downloading from different sourceforge mirrors (e.g. download.bat surfnet switch). I didn't wait for it to finish out, but it started the same way as the previous run & was creating a 'downfail.txt' file while it was runnning, so it was obvious it was going to fail.
Also, I disabled Windows Defender in case that was the issue, but still received the same results.
Does anyone have a clue on what could be causing this or how to resolve it? Thanks ahead of time!
