Does anyone have any problems running GnuWin32 and, or Core Utilities on Windows 7?
I've installed it in various locations and the results are mixed. But the primary problem -- no matter where it is installed -- is that it does work as designed. It keeps telling me "libiconv2.dll" is not on the computer. But ... it is.
I've also added (or verified) the path holding the files (bin) is either in the system PATH or if needed, it has been added.
if I install it in directory that is NOT a system directory, and run it from that directory, it works.
e.g.,
c:\GnuWin32
if I install it in a system directory, and run it from within that directory, it does not work.
e.g.,
c:\windows\system32
I have full administrative rights on this computer.
Any help, clues or suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
Thanks
