Hello, I used gestioip a couple of years ago with great success, now I wanted to use it for the current environment but the dns servers are windows, so I getting data in csv won't be that easy, any pointers? I am looking for a solution to update the zones regularly from a data dump if possible.

you can use the actualization script against the DNS. Have a look at the scripts in /usr/share/gestioip/bin.
