[GeSHi-users] Appearance of Codeoutput

Hi there

I want my geshi output appearance as described in the documentation.

The PHP Code 
http://qbnz.com/highlighter/geshi-doc.html#basic-usage
is in a blue container with header.

I suppose I need to configure
http://qbnz.com/highlighter/geshi-doc.html#headers-and-footers
but I don't get it.

May you help me? Is there an already defined style somewhere maybe?
