#200 a certain clockwise arc (G02) is not drawn

Hi,
I found that gerbv (latest version from git repo) renders nothing from following gerber file:

It happens when all of following conditions are true:

• the arc is clockwise (G02)
• start point of the arc is at 0 degree and end point is at -360 degree (i.e. full circle )

I attach a patch to fix this problem.
