#198 Please post and example of a CSV Pick and Place file that will import into Gerbv

Hello, I have checked everywhere here and the developers site to find an example of working files to import into this software. I have edited my own files in several ways and they fail to import. Can you please provide an example of a working Pick and place ASCII CSV file so I can make sure my files match the structure exactly?
