#17 right behavior of band_begin
I want that the report appear like this :
1erst page:
[Band Begin]
[Band Page Header]
[Detail]
[Band Page Footer]
2erst page [last]:
[Band Page Header]
[Detail]
[Band Page Footer]
[Band Summary]
But using band_begin and band_page_header etc appear like this:
1erst page:
[Band Page Header]
[Band Begin]
[Detail]
[Band Page Footer]
for that reason I made some changes y generators/base.py and generators/pdf.py
hopping that it can include in next release because is the right behavior of
Report Headers-Footer and Page Header-Footer
