[Geotools-devel] new open source project

People,

I thought that I would throw this out there as a topic for the IRC.  In
my open source GIS/Java ramblings, I have come across this interesting
little suite of packages that might fit well into GeoTools.

Some regular projection stuff:

Anyway, I will leave it up to Martin and James to figure out if this is
relevant or not: I am not the greatest expert on projections (especially
spherical).
