Hmmm... odd. Not sure there is any difference with the geotools maven
configuration. I use same strategy for geoscript dependencies and they come
across without timestamped snapshots regardless if i use master or 8.x.
Perhaps there is a misconfiguration in propertyds. Or perhaps in the pom
you are depending on them in....
