[Geotools-devel] File based custom transforms

Andrea, devs,

Finally got a CoordinateOperationAuthorityFactory that reads WKT
MathTransforms from a properties file, so we can define custom
transforms not in EPSG.

I still haven't issued a JIRA + patch because I want to add some tests
first, but if you want to take a look and comment, here it is:
