At the moment the missed ECQL encoding function is really important for me.

Are you still working on this feature ? 

Is this a function priority and when do you expect to deliver it ?

May  you have a draft version that I can use for testing purpose ?

Some month ago, I have a look at this function. Actually, it requires more
work to become a robust solution.
