WMSMapLayer#reference(GeneralEnvelope) calls ReferencedEnvelope(x1, x2, y1, y2, crs) as if it was ReferencedEnvelope(x1, y1, x2, y2, crs), thus mixing up x2 and y1.

This breaks map rendering via WMSMapLayer, since coordinates passed to server in request are generated with getBounds().
