wow - okay.

This one has been driving me crazy. I have managed to get set up on a linux machine myself so I will check to see what happened to the two warnings above.

I was going through the developers guide and fixed the wiki attachment last month; if the file is in subversion we should link to it there.

Probably need to install rst2html; I will try and update the ant script to check that rst2html is available.
