[Geotools-devel] Still waiting on comitter list; some inspiration for providence review

Yep I am still holding things up; we need to send out an email to past 
committers etc...

Mean while Grass and FDO look to be through the graduation process; in 
particular the FDO providence review is a great example of what we need 
for GeoTools at the end of the day:

It seems to show what to do for included OGC schema (perhaps we can use 
the same approach for code derived from the schema).
