[Geotools-devel] 2.4 branch part 2

Hi all,

So it appears that we are not ready to branch 2.4. Can you confirm this 
Jody. After the branch is created the plan is to release another 
milestone as there are still critical bugs open preventing the release 
of RC0.

One thing that needs to be done once the branch is created is a 
reversion of the recent changes to the referencing system. So those 
parties involved, Cory, Jody, Martin: Can we come up with a revision 
number to revert to?
