[Geotools-devel] Use of ReferencedEnvelope in a getBounds response

The use of a ReferencedEnvelope in a getBounds response is not *yet* 
documented by the FeatureSource api. Although it is a nifty idea (since 
this is supposed to be an optimized method, and we should return 
whatever optimization we can leverage - even if it is not in the data's 
CRS).

>                 return new 
> ReferencedEnvelope(env,DefaultGeographicCRS.WGS84);

Currently this breaks LiteRenderer2.
