[Geotools-devel] irc reminder and modified start time

Hi everyone

Just a quick reminder that today is IRC day and to say that we have
moved the start time back an hour.  We agreed to do this some weeks
ago but never actualy made it official.

As a reminder, the devel sessions are open to anyone interested in the
development of the library itself (users can come and listen, but we
won't be able to answer 'how do I?' questions during the meeting)
